You thrive on determining the overarching creative and functional goals of a project and driving and managing user experience within the context of marketing promotions, category features, marketing campaigns or a brand framework. You are a leader who can align, motivate, and communicate with a great group of creative resources, but also driven to roll up your sleeves to make great work yourself.
