Description We have an immediate need for a Pega Developer. Responsibilities include: Supports a team of developers implementing multiple workflow products in a customer portfolio. Collaborates with system, software, and UI/UX engineers to design, develop, deploy, operate, and manage workflows hosted on a large scale, enterprise application built on the Pega Platform. Collaborates with system, DevOps, and UI/UX engineers to ensure workflows are security compliant, accessibility compliant, and meet minimum performance requirements.
This position allows up to 1-2 days/week of telework. Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every 6-8 weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked. Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or four additional years’ software engineering experience. At least eight (8) years’ experience in development/engineering such as requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing or problem diagnosis/resolution. Master's degree can be substituted for two (2) years' experience.

Benefits Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $150,000 - $275,000.
