What You'll Do: + Analyze financial data and assist in preparing reports for decision-making. + Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. + Collaborate with team members to solve financial challenges and improve processes. + Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities. + Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes. Requirements What We're Looking For: + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates welcomed!) + Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial tools or systems (ERP experience a plus). + Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. + Eagerness to learn and adapt to various financial functions. + Good communication skills to effectively relay insights and collaborate with teams.
