Objectives and Position Details
We are seeking a Finance Analyst to support our growing finance and strategy function. This role is ideal for an analytically sharp, highly motivated early-career finance professional who wants to grow within a dynamic fintech company. You will work closely with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
This is more than just a reporting role — it's a front-row seat to strategic finance in a high-growth industry.
Responsibility
Tactical Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Assist in maintaining and updating financial models to reflect current performance and trends
• Ensure compliance with corporate expense policies
• Support the monthly close process, including tracking accruals, expenses, and revenue recognition
• Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to budget and forecasts
• Compile data for Board and investor reporting packages
• Work with accounting to ensure accuracy in financial data across platforms
• Organize and manage departmental budgets and cost tracking
• Maintain internal finance documentation and reporting systems
Strategic Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of long-range financial models and scenario analyses
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in all matters related to finance
• Develop and analyze key performance metrics to support decision-making
• Conduct industry and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic planning
• Support capital planning, fundraising efforts, and investor presentations with analytical insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Operations) to align financial goals with company strategy
• Help design and implement scalable financial systems and tools as the company grows
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related field
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Self-starter with a high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with leadership
• Interest in fintech, crypto markets, or algorithmic trading a strong plus
