Description We are looking for a diligent Financial Analyst/Manager to join our team in the retail industry, based in Whittier, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial models, maintaining strong relationships with operations teams, and forecasting financial data. Responsibilities: - Craft and manage technical financial models - Foster and maintain internal relationships with operations teams - Demonstrate advanced financial forecasting capabilities - Engage in the forecasting of balance sheets - Utilize your industry experience in dealership/auto sales - Coordinate logistics and maintain audit processes - Participate in the development of annual budgets Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry - Proven expertise in annual budget preparation and execution - Strong experience in conducting financial audits - Proficiency in managing budget processes and financial operations - Demonstrated ability in coordinating logistics related to finance operations - Solid experience in forecasting financial trends and results - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required - Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills - Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - CPA or CFA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
