ABOUT THE ROLE:
FreshTax is hiring Sales Associates to join our fast-growing team! As a Sales Associate, you’ll work with clients who have already expressed interest in tax relief services - no cold calling required. Your role is to build trust, gather important information, and schedule consultations with our senior team. If you're motivated, personable, and ready to launch a high-earning sales career, this is the perfect opportunity.

Work Environment:
This is a 100% on-site position at our FreshTax headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. Remote work is not available. We thrive on energy, collaboration, and a supportive in-person environment.

COMPENSATION:

• Base Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours/week).
• Monthly Bonus: Average $2,000 - $4,000 per month based on performance.
• Annual Earning Potential: $75,000 - $200,000+.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Engage with inbound leads seeking tax relief assistance.
• Qualify prospects and gather financial information.
• Set consultations for our senior Resolution Specialists.
• Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-driven mindset.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.
• No prior sales experience required - comprehensive training provided.
