Job Duties:
- Talk to customers who are already interested in insurance.
- Listen, ask questions, and help them find the right coverage for their needs.
- Explain insurance options in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
- Follow up with customers to answer any questions and provide support.
- Keep track of customer details using our system (we’ll train you).
