This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact patent and trade secret disputes for some of the world’s most innovative companies. The team is known for its success in high-stakes litigation in federal courts across the country, before the International Trade Commission (ITC), and in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
