Job Description As a thought leader within our team, you will spearhead the implementation of innovative and existing products and services within our Capital Markets Operations division. You will work closely with business customers and technology partners, while utilizing data and insights, to create exceptional product experiences in support of our Treasury business domain. In this role, you will design testing plans, collaborate with development teams, and maintain a product roadmap informed by pilot outcomes and strategic objectives. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE This Lead Product Manager - Capital Markets Operations role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: * Work closely with our business customers & stakeholders to deeply understand opportunities and challenges that exist in the current operating environment. * Partner with technology, architecture and analyst teams to determine the best solutions to address business opportunities, prioritize the best plan of action forward and execute on that plan. * Serve as a thought leader by crafting a vision for your product; and articulate your vision with business and technology stakeholders to build consensus. * Identify opportunities for product improvements through stakeholder feedback to understand their experiences and identify areas for enhancement. * Define measures of success, collect, and analyze data from product pilots to evaluate performance across all products and services * Serve as the Product Owner of a high-performing agile squad, writing user stories in JIRA and documentation in Confluence, executing and measuring outcomes. * Lead team members on the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance. * Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives. *THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM* Minimum Required Experiences * 4 years of experience * Bachelor's degree or equivalent Desired Experiences * 6+ years of experience * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Skills * Manage demand, releases, and backlog * Strong background in design thinking and user-centered design principles to facilitate user workshops, product requirements, and product assessment * Communications planning across multiple cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and levels to drive product implementation and delivery * Risk mitigation and contingency planning strategies to address potential issues throughout pilots and product lifecycle * Strong executive communication and storytelling * Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data * Experience identifying problems, reviewing information, developing and evaluating options, and implementing solutions * Works well in a supportive team environment and values productive working relationships Tools * Skilled in SQL * Skilled in Tableau * Skilled in Excel * Experience using JIRA Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Level Degree (Required) The future is what you make it to be.
