Pursuant to California regulation, the compensation range for this position is $16.50 to $23.00 per hour, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Required Education And Experience
High School Graduate, College degree preferred
Two to three years’ experience, preferably in an office environment
Well-developed oral and written communication skills
Key Areas of Responsibility
Manage Reception by kindly greeting guests and providing general support to visitors
Effectively communicate by email, telephone and written correspondence any information pertaining to the Client Services office
Manage local employees badge access
Order and stock all office and breakroom supplies
Manage vendor relationships for office and break-rooms
Collect, scan, and distribute mail and shipments accordingly
Provide office support services such as photocopying, compilation and distribution of materials
Point of contact for building management and input maintenance requests as needed
Ensure conference rooms, supply rooms and break-rooms are always neat, stocked and maintained
Place orders for breakfast and lunch for meetings as needed
Support Administration with other duties as assigned

Knowledge of computer software packages including Outlook, Word and Excel

Knowledge of office procedures, practices and equipment
Ability to work independently and in stressful situations
Ability to multitask
Required Education And Experience
High School Graduate, College degree preferred
