We are currently seeking Banquet Servers to join our team. This role is critical to delivering exceptional banquet experiences for our guests, focusing on professional service, attention to detail, and collaboration with the banquet team to ensure events run smoothly. Your Responsibilities Include:

• Providing exceptional guest service during banquet events, ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Setting up banquet rooms according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including table arrangements, linens, glassware, silverware, and centerpieces.
• Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Explaining menu items, preparation methods, and accommodating special dietary requests or restrictions.
• Clearing tables and assisting with the breakdown process, including storing linens, centerpieces, and other equipment.
• Ensuring food and beverage stations are stocked, clean, and well-organized throughout the event.
• Conducting final quality checks on food and beverages before serving guests.
• Monitoring assigned tables for guest satisfaction, addressing concerns quickly, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Collaborating with banquet captains and event managers to address last-minute changes or special requests.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in back-of-house areas, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Proactively identifying and addressing any safety or maintenance issues.
• Upholding Pyramid Global Hospitality and Marriott brand standards by maintaining a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Expectations for On-Call Associates:

• On-call associates are required to work a minimum of five shifts per quarter to remain active in the position.
• Flexibility is essential—shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Physical ability to lift and carry trays, move furniture, and stand for extended periods.
