This is a highly detailed role where your work will directly influence the trust, reliability, and effectiveness of Hippocratic AI’s core healthcare-focused LLM offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with engineering and research teams to refine technical specifications, create robust APIs, and improve the underlying engine architecture in order to optimize for safety and patient experience

  • Define and track product metrics (e.g., hallucination rates, safety scores, user satisfaction, NPS) to gauge performance and drive improvements.

  • Collaborate with the QA team to define and implement QA specifications, ensuring high product quality.

  • Understand detailed feature implementation and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and healthcare experts to ensure all product requirements are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with generative AI technologies.

  • Excellent skills in writing product documentation, and defining QA specifications.

  • Ability to manage product roadmaps and work cross-functionally with multiple teams (engineering, design, QA).

  • Strong technical background to collaborate effectively with engineering and research teams (e.g., API definition, ML model lifecycle).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex AI-related topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Attention to detail and a track record of managing products in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in developing or managing products in the healthcare or clinical field.

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.

  • Previous engineering experience, computer science degree, or deep technical experience is strongly preferred
