Description Allpoints Surveying is seeking a field-based Rodman/Party Chief to join our team in College Station, TX and the surrounding areas . The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong complex problem-solving capabilities. The Party Chief is responsible for surveying and investigating land surfaces to project precise measurements. To learn more about us check out our website Responsibilities Collect field data utilizing GPS and a variety of surveying instruments Produce field notes and sketches depicting accurate field conditions Utilize a variety of technology to collaborate with other departments Organize and prioritize tasks on a daily basis as a single person crew Operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner and in compliance with all local laws and regulations Other duties as assigned Requirements Valid Driver’s License required High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Exposure to surveying instruments and processing survey data preferred Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and on varied terrain Ability to work in the field for extended periods of time Excellent verbal and written communication skills High degree of attention to detail Allpoints is a leading residential surveying company that works with top area and national homebuilders to produce surveys and other documents needed for all aspects of home construction.
