No commission caps. A day in the life of a Field Sales Representative at Clearly includes: • Promote and sell high-speed fiber internet services to residential customers • Use a combination of door-to-door, event-based, and over-the-phone sales • Educate customers on the benefits of switching to fiber • Follow a proven sales system designed for success • Represent Clearly with professionalism and enthusiasm Preferred Skills: • Strong communication and people skills • Self-driven with a competitive spirit • Willingness to work in the field and talk to new people • Customer-focused with a positive attitude • Spanish speaking is a plus (but not required) No experience? Apply now and help us bring better internet to communities — one home at a time!Responsibilities: • Going door 2 door in assigned territories and explaining what fiber internet is to the people in the community • Collecting basic info (name, phone number, and email) and scheduling installation dates for fiber internet • Tracking interactions at each door using our app to maintain accurate data on your assigned turf • Attending weekly in-office trainings as well as daily virtual trainings Qualifications: • Genuine love for meeting new people! • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Ability to always bring a positive attitude to the workplace • 18 years or older • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time • Reliable transportation to get to and from field and weekly trainings About Company: At Clearly, our #1 focus is you.
